FlightWorthy Quick Start Guide
Welcome to FlightWorthy, your AI-powered aircraft maintenance management system. This guide will help you quickly set up your aircraft, pilots, maintenance personnel, and essential details to get started.
Step 1: Add Your Plane
- Get a login using register.
- Log in if allready registered.
- Register add your Plane and you as a Pilot but you will need to do your first project the Owner Setup see the tasks on the bottom of the
Home page.
- Aircraft > My Fleet.
- Navigate to Aircraft > My Fleet.
- Click "Add New Aircraft" and enter:
- Tail Number: (e.g., N12345)
- Make & Model: (e.g., Lancair Legacy)
- Year of Manufacture
- Total Airframe Hours
- Hobbs/Tach Time
- Upload your airworthiness certificate and registration (optional).
- Click "Save Aircraft" to complete.
Step 2: Add Pilots (Including Yourself)
- Navigate to Team > Pilots.
- Click "Add Pilot" and enter:
- Name
- Pilot Certificate Number
- Ratings: (e.g., Private, Instrument, Multi-Engine)
- Total Flight Hours
- Medical Expiration Date
- Set yourself as the primary pilot.
- Click "Save".
Step 3: Add Hangar Information
- Go to Aircraft > Hangar Details.
- Click "Edit Hangar" and enter:
- Hangar Location: (Airport Code or Address)
- Hangar Manager Contact Info
- Lease Details (if applicable)
- Click "Save".
Step 4: Add Your A&P Mechanics
- Navigate to Maintenance > Mechanics.
- Click "Add Mechanic" and enter:
- Name
- A&P Certificate Number
- IA Certification (if applicable)
- Contact Information
- Assign the mechanic to your aircraft.
- Click "Save".
Step 5: Enter Engine Specifications
- Go to Aircraft > Engine & Propeller.
- Click "Add Engine" and enter:
- Engine Make & Model: (e.g., Lycoming IO-540)
- Serial Number
- Time Since New (TSN)
- Time Since Overhaul (TSO)
- Click "Save".
Step 6: Enter Avionics Information
- Navigate to Aircraft > Avionics Suite.
- Click "Add Avionics" and enter:
- Manufacturer: (e.g., Garmin, Dynon)
- Model: (e.g., G3X Touch, GTN 750)
- Software Version
- ADS-B Compliance: (Yes/No)
- Click "Save".
Step 7: Enter Last Annual Inspection Details
- Go to Maintenance > Inspections.
- Click "Add Annual Inspection" and enter:
- Date Completed
- A&P/IA Name
- Hobbs/Tach Time at Inspection
- Upload the annual inspection report (optional).
- Click "Save".
Final Step: Review and Sync Data
- Double-check your aircraft profile under Aircraft > My Fleet.
- Ensure pilots, mechanics, and avionics are correctly entered.
- Set reminders for upcoming maintenance under Tasks & Alerts.
